Independent Campaign Management Platform — Built for Nigerian Electoral Operations
OPERATIONAL DRAFT — SUBJECT TO FORMAL LEGAL REVIEW

This document outlines the operational privacy, tenant isolation, and data governance practices implemented across the PollTrack platform. It is provided for review by campaign legal advisers and authorized administrative stakeholders.

Privacy & Campaign Data Policy

Last Operational Update: October 2026

1. Multi-Tenant Data Ownership & Isolation

PollTrack operates under a strict shared-database multi-tenant architecture. All operational records created within an organization's workspace—including registered field agents, polling unit result submissions, uploaded evidence documents, and incident situation reports—remain the exclusive intellectual and operational property of the subscribing campaign organization.

Every database query is scoped automatically to the authenticated tenant identifier (tenant_id). Cross-tenant access is structurally prohibited by server-side query scopes.

2. Field Agent Data Collection

During agent registration and verification, the platform processes:

  • Full name, verified mobile telephone number, and optional email address.
  • Geographic deployment assignment (State, Local Government Area, Electoral Ward, and Polling Unit code).
  • National Identification Number (NIN) and agent photo credentials where mandated by campaign verification policies.
  • Device synchronization logs and mobile check-in timestamps.

Agent information is never commercialized, aggregated for third-party marketing, or shared with opposing political entities.

3. Evidence & Document Security

Uploaded EC8A result sheets and incident photographic evidence are stored in isolated, non-public storage directories. Files cannot be accessed via direct public URLs; retrieval requires an authenticated session with verified tenant membership.

4. Demonstration Inquiries & Contact Leads

Information submitted through our public "Request a Demo" form is used exclusively by PollTrack deployment engineers to evaluate operational requirements and schedule demonstrations. Lead information is stored in an administrative database table with no public API exposure.

5. Independent Platform Status

PollTrack is an independent software technology platform. We do not transmit campaign data to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) or state electoral authorities unless an authorized campaign administrator chooses to export internal records for legal petition or official audit.

Questions regarding campaign data isolation and governance may be directed to your designated platform administrator.
